Megan’s love for health and wellness was sparked in high school when she began working out and connected with her personal trainer. She loved her renewed sense of energy, strength, and confidence. In college, Megan worked as a personal trainer to share her passions with others, while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science in Dietetics, and Nutrition Management.
Megan decided to become a Fascial Stretch Therapist after experiencing her own relief within just a few sessions. She wanted to be a part of something that could make such an impact in people’s comfort levels with rapid results. She is excited to share this new type of therapy with others is looking forward to helping people experience their own relief.
